Terms & Conditions — 777jk Platform Rules & Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise: words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; references to "including" or "includes" are non-exhaustive; section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation; references to statutes or regulations include any amendments or successor provisions; and the English-language version of these terms is the sole binding version regardless of any translated summary materials that may be made available for informational purposes.

To be eligible to register and maintain a 777jk account, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during their use of the platform:

• Be a natural person aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the entire period of account activity.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to the Player's country or region of residence.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a 777jk employee, contractor, director, or officer.
• Not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or be subject to a voluntary or compulsory exclusion order from any gambling regulatory body at the time of registration or thereafter.
• Hold only one active account on the 777jk platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or a combination thereof — is strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout the KYC verification process.

777jk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during a Player's account lifecycle. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, supplemented by proof of address where required. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. Where a Player's stated age cannot be verified to 777jk's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification, and all funds will be withheld until the matter is resolved.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 777jk platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. 777jk makes no representation that the platform is lawful to use in every country. The platform's primary operational context is the Bangladesh market, and it is designed and operated in that context. Players in other jurisdictions access the platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Registration on the 777jk platform is free of charge. To register, a Player must provide a valid mobile phone number (a Bangladesh-registered number is required for MFS payment integration), a unique username, a secure password, and accurate date-of-birth information confirming the Player is aged 18 or older. All fields marked as mandatory during the registration process must be completed truthfully and in full.

Account Security Obligations

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 777jk account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 777jk strongly recommends enabling SMS-based 2FA via the account security settings immediately after registration. Players must not:

• Share their login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Allow any other person to access or use their 777jk account.
• Access the platform on shared or public devices without taking appropriate security precautions.
• Use the same password for their 777jk account as for other online services.

Any activity conducted through a Player's account — whether or not the Player personally authorised it — is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder. The support team can implement an immediate account lock pending a security review.

Account Information Accuracy

Players must ensure that the personal information held on their 777jk account is accurate and current at all times. Material discrepancies between account information and KYC documents — particularly regarding name, date of birth, or contact details — may result in account suspension pending re-verification, and may result in withdrawal delays or cancellations until the discrepancy is resolved. Players wishing to update their registered information must contact the support team and may be required to submit updated documentation.

Accepted Payment Methods

777jk supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels, all processed in BDT:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times of 1–3 business days.

Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits for fully verified accounts; unverified accounts are subject to a maximum cumulative deposit of ৳10,000 pending KYC completion. Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance instantly for MFS channels. 777jk does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, the Player's MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777jk accepts no liability.

All deposited funds must be from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawal Terms

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible (MFS-to-MFS same-number policy). This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in the withdrawal amount.

Players will be notified of the reason for any withdrawal delay via the contact information on their account.

777jk offers a range of promotional incentives designed to enhance the playing experience for eligible Players. Acceptance of any bonus constitutes acceptance of both these general bonus terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed account registration and, where stated, KYC verification.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• 777jk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions that have already been activated by a Player will be honoured subject to the terms in force at the time of activation.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors to obtain bonus credits, or using bonus funds in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., low-risk hedging bets) — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying bets before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering progress is tracked in the Player's account dashboard in real time.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guideline: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering; live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting wagers on odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates for active promotions are published on the relevant promotion page. Free-spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.

Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to a Player's account. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically. Players who wish to forfeit a bonus before the expiry date — for example, to make a withdrawal of their real-money balance — may do so by contacting the support team, with the understanding that all bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account immediately.

By registering a 777jk account, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — legitimate recreational gambling entertainment — and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, these Terms & Conditions, and any additional rules published by 777jk from time to time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on the 777jk platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on the 777jk platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds that are derived from illegal activity to make deposits on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, exploits, or any technical means not authorised by 777jk.
• Colluding with other Players, whether in live casino games, sports betting syndicates, or any other format, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access the platform, its administrative interfaces, or any other Player's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform in a way that interferes with the experience of other Players or with the normal operation of the 777jk systems and infrastructure.
• Engaging in verbal abuse, threats, or harassment directed at 777jk support staff or other Players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or mispriced betting odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be reversed.

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, Callbreak Quick, and Color Game — are operated according to the rules published by their respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology independently verified to produce fair, unpredictable outcomes. Players acknowledge that the house edge built into all casino games means that over sufficient play volume, the mathematical expectation for the Player is negative, and that past outcomes have no bearing on future results.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. In the event of a stream disconnection during an active round, 777jk will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome using available game-state data. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the round will be declared void and the Player's wager returned to their account balance.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the standard rules of the sport and 777jk's specific betting rules published in the sports betting lobby. Key general rules include:

• Pre-match odds are locked at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds are subject to real-time fluctuation until the bet is confirmed by the system.
• Bets on cancelled or abandoned events (where fewer than a minimum required amount of play has occurred per the sport's governing rules) will be declared void and the stake returned.
• All results are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL governing board, etc.). If the official result is later revised — for example, due to a successful appeal — 777jk reserves the right to revise settlement accordingly.
• The minimum single sports wager is ৳100. Maximum stake limits per event and per market are published in the relevant market and may vary by event significance and current liability.
• 777jk reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has already concluded, where such a bet was placed due to a system error or data feed latency.

Disconnection Policy

777jk accepts no liability for losses incurred due to internet disconnections, mobile network interruptions, device failures, or other technical issues on the Player's end. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before placing wagers, particularly in in-play sports betting markets where price movements can be rapid. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino game round, the outcome resolution procedure described above applies.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

777jk may suspend or permanently close a Player's account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct rules in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe following a formal request.
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age. In such cases, deposits will be refunded but any winnings derived from gameplay during the underage period will be forfeited.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion, pending investigation.
• Operation of multiple accounts linked by shared identity, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification request.
• Force majeure circumstances that make continued operation of the account impractical or legally problematic.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, 777jk reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Players have the right to appeal account closure decisions by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text, not a link) within 30 days of receiving the closure notification.

Player-Initiated Voluntary Closure

Any Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 777jk support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text). Prior to processing the closure, 777jk will prompt the Player to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Once a voluntary closure is confirmed, the account cannot be reopened — a new registration would be required, and the Player's promotional eligibility history from the closed account may be carried forward to prevent re-claiming of first-deposit offers.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are subject to the self-exclusion and cooling-off procedures described in the 777jk Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within minutes and result in immediate account lock, removal from all marketing communications, and suspension of any active bonus offers. Effect of Account Closure on Data

Closure of a 777jk account does not result in the immediate deletion of all associated personal data. 777jk is required to retain certain transaction and identity records for a minimum period in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and financial record-keeping obligations.
